6FTF-30 Wheat flour milling machine is hot product inclusive of loading system, dirty wheat cleaning system, roller milling and flour grading system and packing part. It is widely used in towns and small cities for commercial purpose to supply grade one, graded two and standard flour which can make all flour used for bakery or daily staple food.
Cleaning system consists of two cleaning separators, two scouring, one destoning, one washing and two magnetic separating. Technology for flour system has eight roller mills , three double-bin sifters and one bran brusher.
Total roller length of this design reaches 2800mm, with a capacity of 30T/24h wheat, flour extraction to produce standard flour: 75-80%, grade 2 flour 70-75%, grade 1 flour: 65-70%, the total power supply about 95KW. Dimension of the factory: 24000×7000×7500mm (tripod steel structure)
