The designed total capacity is 3-5t /H for powder finished products and 2-3t /H for granular finished products. The raw materials need to be pre-weighed and then fed into the production line from two different feed ports. The raw materials to be crushed are fed into the mill by batch from the grain feed port. The mill uses the feeding sieve to feed. The powder which does not need to be crushed is pre-weighed and then entered the production line through the feeding port, can also enter the pelleting section for pelleting cooling processing, and finally use manual weighing and packing.
The total power of the unit is about 117KW; Whole plant covers an area of about 12×6×11m; 0.3T boiler is required. The whole unit adopts splintered frame, compact design and reasonable structure, meet the requirements of environmental protection, and the design can also be customized according to different needs from clients.
