This milling machine is working Semi-automatically by pneumatic force power by a fan, and the storage bin is divided into A and B two parts by a steel sheet in the middle, controlled by a slide gate with handle bar. After switch on the machine, put raw material goes into section A bin, open the A slide gate, then the materials will be sucked to cyclone via feeding pipe, cyclone will collect the materials and allow them fall to roller mill through air lock, the function of airlock is to seal air and guarantee unblocked uniform feeding. The roller mill has a pair of rolls with size 220×400mm, the roller clearance is adjustable according to the sizes of materials being ground, after the maize is ground, the semi-products goes to flour sieve through pipe, where qualified fine meal will be separated and bagged off at air lock, while the bigger sizes inferior flour will be separated to go into bin B and start another round milling until the fine meal is accomplished.
The flour sifter is equipped with certain mesh flour nylon sieve with brushes rotating inside, the vertical design will better realize grading and add flow. At last round milling, there will be bran as by products, so that flour quality is guaranteed and the byproducts can be used for animal feeding.
As to packing, a digital scale and electric sewing machine will perfectly solve it and saves money.
