Chaff cutter is used for maize stalk, sorghum stalk, wheat grass, straw, cotton stalks, peanut seedlings and other crops chopped and knead processing, this machine works with high-speed cutting principle of one-time crushing into filaments, length and width can be adjusted, widely used on farms to make feed for cattle, sheep, horses and other livestock usually do not eat the rest of the straw
The machine is easy to operate, safe and reliable, easy to move. It is mainly composed of feeding table, moving knife, fixed knife, kneading wire device (kneading wire rotor and kneading board), frame, shell, grass mouth and other parts.
Most kinds of crop straw can be chopped and rubbed to 3 to 50mm, crushing rate up to 95%. The raw material is transported to the shredding room for shredding, and then the high-speed rotating hammer and rubbing board interact with each other, thus the material is crumbled, and the crushed material is thrown out of chamber by the running air blades
