The steel silos we are supplying have diameter from 4.8 meters to 32 meters, single storage capacity 20 tons to 800 tons of whole steel cone bottom and 800-10000ton cement plane bottom silo, execute steel storehouse engineering and raw grain cleaning, aeration, dusting and cleaning, temperature indicating system, material level, fumigation, air inducing, simulation vision display control and other supporting system design, manufacture, installation one-stop services. Our production is widely applied in fields of feed, flour, starch, corn, oil processing, brewing, monosodium glutamate, chemical, biochemical, environmental protection, food storage and etc.
Assembly silo is made of the high quality hot-galvanized steel plates which are rolled into corrugation and made into standard connecting holes. These plates are connected by high strength screw bolt. The silo plates’ thickness distribution is set according to equal strength theory which makes the silo plates bear average stress. The vertical friction is supported by the stiffeners that are evenly and vertically distributed in the silos. The connecting screw bolts are served with round galvanized steel washers and the connection holes are served with age-resistant and water-proof washers. The silo plates’ interval is injected by water-proof daub belts that are for aviation special purpose. The silo is assisted with flat repairing doors, ladder guard rings.
