Moist meter

Capacitive moist meter can test the moist of grain by simply inserting into a pile of grain. 
easy operation, fast testing data feedback, intuitive reading and easy to take. Mainly used for grain collection, storage and control, it is ideal equipment for different grain purchase and storage.

This apparatus consists of capacitive sensor, C/V switching circuit, A/D convertor and LCD

digital display circuit.


Theory: when the capacitance-type sensor is inserted in a certain pile of grain, its mediun is the target grain, because permittivity of water is much higher than others, the minute changes of grain will cause big response from the sensor. Through the C/V switching circuit and A/D convertor, the moist percentage of certain grain will display on the LCD.
