300T Wheat Flour Mill Machine

1. Capacity: 300T/D wheat.

2. Products Varity: Special Grade1 flour, grade 2 flour, standard flour.

3. Cleaning system: Three sieves, two beating, one destoner, one computerized dampening, three magnetic separators. Two stages dampening to adapt to different moist percentage wheat milling, and guarantee the ideal moist of wheat before milling, also improve the tenacity of wheat skin and get complete wheat bran.  

4. Flour milling system: Five break, seven reductions, two scratches and two tails, six purifiers. The purifiers and sifters match well to make sure of getting the max wheat cores for milling and improve the impurity. Tail mill, scratch and reduction system mill are designed with smooth roll to coordinate with the impact detacher help improve the yield and quality of flour.

5. Size of workshop (steel building): 52*11*12M (LXWXH) 6 dirty wheat bins and 4 dampening bins.

6. Total power: 630KW, utilization factor 60-65%. The motors adopt double relay double control protection.
