Dampener

Damper mixer is the main moisturizing machine in flour milling industry, especially for the dry cleaning way. This machine is used in the interim or final procedure of raw wheat cleaning, aim of dampening is to let the cereal absorb water to make the cortex become swell with stronger interim, due to the different water absorbency between cortex and endosperm, they will easily separate from each other after absorbing, and also used for moisture adjusting of the second tempering in order to reach proper moisture for milling.

There are manual adjusting and computerized dampener optional according to the clients' needs.

  Intensive dampener is the main moisturizing machine in flour milling process, especially for dry way cleaning. This machine is used in the final procedure of raw wheat/maize cleaning, and also used for moisture adjusting of the second tempering in order to reach proper moisture for milling. It has advantages of higher output, large water adding rate, uniform moisturizing, low power requirement, easy operation and maintenance.
