The 40T Maize Milling Plant is among the hot sales of roller maize mill which makes sifted grade one maize meal, breakfast meal and maize rice. It is a complete line consists of maize cleaning machine, degerming machine, conditioning machine, premill, roller mills, loading elevators, power control system, packing and all accessories.
Capacity of the design is 1300 to 1500kg per hour, equals about 30tons to 35tons maize per 24h. Total power is around 82kw. It is ideal commercial mill for millers to be competitive in the market. It is compact design with small go down size requirement and low power consumption.
Container required to load this plant is full 40ft, we have technicians in both China and East Africa offering installation and training service, also have warehouse in Kenya for quick back up spares supply.
